2024 was an incredible year at The Journey as we witnessed God working in amazing ways in and through our church family. Thank you for your faithful prayers, giving and service to help make it all possible.

Our Ministry is Growing!
In 2024, our church grew by about 30% in our in-person services! And we continued to reach new people through our online services, too! We welcomed hundreds of first time guests and 43 new members to our church family.
A Banner Year for Baptisms
In 2024 we celebrated a record year of baptisms with 52 people baptized!
It began with an amazing baptism and worship night under the stars.
Then, this summer we also celebrated our single largest day of baptisms in the history of our church at our Summer Beach Baptism.
But that was just part of our 2024 Baptism story...

Completing our Baptistry and Celebrating with a Grand Opening Baptism Party
2024 was a year of big dreams and generosity as we gave together to build the place where we will celebrate hundreds of baptisms in the years to come.
We met our goal for the Celebrate Baptism Project and completed construction on our beautiful new outdoor baptistry and patio space just in time for a December 15 Grand Opening Baptism Party!

Reaching out to Share the Hope of Jesus
In 2024, we stepped up our evangelism efforts in big ways... reaching out to our community to share the Good News of Jesus and inviting people to church at the Christmas Parade, Tree Lighting, Burger Bash, Green Market, and more!
Meeting the Needs of the Less Fortunate
As inflation raged, our church stepped up in a BIG way to provide thousands of meals for families in need – including packing weekend meals for hungry school children and hundreds of Thanksgiving meals for families in need through our partnership with Boca Helping Hands.
Providing for the Needs of Foster Children & Families
Our partnership with Place of Hope went to the next level as we stepped up in a brand-new way to provide school supplies for over 200 foster children in need!
Fun Events Provide Opportunities for Making Friends
In November, we hosted our first ever Night of Prayer, Healing, & Hope. It was a powerful night of worship & fellowship as we packed the Worship Center with our loved ones, lifting each other in prayer.
"Breakthrough" Fall Campaign
This fall during our Sunday services & in our Growth Groups, we discovered a Biblical process for how to breakthrough the problems and obstacles holding you back.
PLUS: Over 280 people were a part of a Growth Group either in the Spring, Summer or Fall semesters of 2024.

Growing in Journey Kids and Student Ministry
In 2024, we welcomed new families and children, and our amazing Journey Kids and EPIC Middle School team did a fantastic job each week teaching our children about who Jesus is and God's love for them.
PLUS: we took our largest group of Middle and High Schoolers ever to Super Summer Camp in July... and we'll be going back again this summer.

Worship Arts Team in Action
The Journey’s Worship Arts Team has done an incredible job leading us in worship both In-Person and Online each week. A big thank you to our entire team: worship leaders, vocal team and band, audio engineers, video and lighting team, camera team, and more!
Walk Thru the Bible
In August over 60 people took part in our Walk Thru the Bible - Old Testament LIVE seminar! Together, we learned how to dig into the full story of the Old Testament from beginning to end in fun & engaging ways
Growing Spiritually Together
Over 60 people took one of our spiritual development classes (101, 201, 301, 401) in 2024, helping them to commit to church membership, develop spiritual disciplines, grow as spiritual leaders, and become mission-minded followers of Jesus.
